Refund Policy

Our refund terms for digital services and products provided by Big Berri Limited.

Big Berri Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides digital services and software products exclusively. As our offerings are digital in nature, the following refund terms apply. By purchasing or subscribing to any of our services, you agree to this refund policy.

1. SaaS Products (Writford)

Writford operates on a subscription and token-based pricing model. The following refund terms apply:

  • Consumed tokens are non-refundable. Once tokens have been used to perform AI queries or other operations, they cannot be refunded as the underlying compute resources have been consumed.
  • Unused subscription refund (14-day window). If you cancel your subscription within 14 days of the initial purchase or renewal and have not consumed a significant portion of your token allocation, you may request a full refund of the subscription fee for that billing period.
  • After 14 days. Subscription cancellations made after the 14-day window will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds will be issued for the remaining days of the billing period.
  • Additional token purchases. One-off token top-up purchases are non-refundable once the tokens have been credited to your account.

2. WebMCP Plugin

The WebMCP Plugin comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase:

  • If you are not satisfied with the plugin for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
  • Refund requests must be submitted via email to info@bigberri.com with your order reference.
  • Upon refund approval, your plugin licence will be deactivated and you must remove the plugin from your WordPress installation.
  • After the 14-day period, plugin purchases are non-refundable.

3. Custom Development (Chat Agents, Web Development, AI Services)

Custom development projects, including Chat Agents, web development and AI service implementations, are delivered on a milestone basis. The following refund terms apply:

  • Milestone-based delivery. Each project is divided into milestones as agreed in the statement of work. Payments made for completed and approved milestones are non-refundable.
  • Approval constitutes acceptance. Once you approve a milestone deliverable (or fail to raise objections within 14 days of delivery), that milestone is considered accepted and the associated payment is non-refundable.
  • Cancellation before completion. If you cancel a project before all milestones are completed, you will be charged for all completed milestones and any work-in-progress on the current milestone, calculated on a pro-rata basis.
  • Deposits. Initial project deposits are non-refundable unless we are unable to commence work within the agreed timeframe through no fault of your own.

4. Consulting Services

For consulting and advisory engagements:

  • Cancellation with notice. You may cancel or reschedule a consulting session with at least 7 days' notice before the scheduled date for a full refund or credit.
  • Late cancellation. Cancellations made with fewer than 7 days' notice are non-refundable, as the time has been reserved for your engagement.
  • Completed sessions. Fees for consulting sessions that have been delivered are non-refundable.
  • Retainer arrangements. For ongoing retainer engagements, unused hours do not roll over between periods unless agreed otherwise in writing. Refunds are not available for unused retainer hours.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Send an email to info@bigberri.com with the subject line “Refund Request”.
  • Include your full name, the email address associated with your account, your order or invoice reference, and the reason for your refund request.
  • We will acknowledge your request within 3 business days and aim to process all eligible refunds within 14 business days of approval.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method via Stripe. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
